Brdo Shopping City
Brdo Shopping City will be the biggest retail park - shopping city in this part of Europe. It is located at Ibarska
main road in Čukarica municipality, one of 17 Belgrade’s municipalities, only 200 meters from the newly built
ring road. Referring to the concept, the whole complex would be built on 100 ha, and would consist of half a
million square meters. Surrounded by the two very important roads, Ibarska main road and the bypass road,
this location has a very good transport potential which is significant for this kind of project.
The complex is planned to have 17 large retail outlets of different purpose. The shopping city will have a car
showroom, a multiplex cinema, outlet stores, ”cash & carry” hypermarkets, specialized shopping malls for
furniture, textile and a large parking lot.
